Mom and Dad Stacey invited us along for a Memorial Day adventure. So 2 weeks after returning from California, we were packing up and off on another fun journey. We drove to Delta, UT and stayed at the Day's Inn. Matt and I got in earlier than everyone else, so we decided to drive through the town. A mile or 2 later and our journey came to an end. We did, however, find a treasure along the way....a fun park for Eliza to play in.

..and then she decided it was just the right temperature to sit in and get to splashin' around.
On Monday we drove to the Lehman Caves. I had never heard of these caves before but I am so glad to know about them now. I never really knew the history of caves and the stalagmites, stalactites, shields, and on and on (I just can't remember all of the names). It was fascinating to learn of the history of this cave and the possibility that it had been there for at least a million years as calculated by the measurements of growth over time. A BIG thanks to Grandma Stacey for her willingness to play outside with Eliza so I could go have the cave experience.
On our way back to Orem, we stopped at the park again to give Eliza a break.
