Eliza is Seven!

Eliza had her first friend birthday party.
Somehow these girls got a selfie before the party began.

Having a little dance party before everyone arrived.
Settling in with a story while kids arrived. Everyone one was surprisingly on time.
Pin the nose on Olaf
Matt is the new cake Master.
Ready to celebrate the sweetest girl!

The Friends:
Cora, Kenslee, Charley, Ruby
Brylee, Eliza, Lillian, Samantha, Teagan, Lucas
Olivia, Kai, Owen

Opening Presents
One of her presents was a growing butterfly from Owen.
Eliza was dying to have an Elsa dress from Frozen II and
Grandma and Grandma McPhillen were so generous to get one for her.

Eliza opened presents from mommy and daddy on her real birthday a couple of days later.
Grandma and Grandpa McPhillen were able to join us.

We went to the mall so Eliza could spend some of her birthday money from Grandma and Grandpa Stacey. She chose an Elsa and Anna from Frozen II. Surprised?

Puzzles, puzzles, trains, and mud

Lucas got some puzzles for Christmas and has been building them everyday since.

Lucas helped Great Grandma Morley with this Puzzle on New Year's Eve and thought maybe he could get it done himself. I didn't want to squish his confidence so we let him try.
Eventually he moved on to his 100 piece Avengers puzzle.
Last piece in and feeling so proud!

Daddy made some great train tracks!

Right now our side yard is just a big pile of mud and it likes to eat people.
Eliza really thought that was a funny thing to say.

According to Lucas, he is a "Knight Jedi of Arendelle"
(A little bit Disney Prince, Star Wars, and Frozen)

Mommy's blanket is everyone's favorite for snuggles.

Megan's Baby Shower

Becky Bennion and I threw Megan a baby shower. We first were scheduled for November but then Megan had her baby, Liam, at 26 weeks on September 30. So after some failed attempts at rescheduling, we finally got to throw a party for her in January. The theme was woodland animals.

Attendees(from the left): Brenda Bennion, Janelle Stacey, Cindy Bennion Cook, Megan, Becky Bennion, Jessica Bennion Cavan, Stephanie Stacey Taylor, and Felicia Stacey

Sunbeam and CTR 7 in Primary

Our Sweethearts!

Our primary is so large and young that there are 3 or 4 sunbeam classes and
Eliza is in Senior Primary.
